Honey Gochujang Salmon Bowl

Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
1 salmon fillet (5 oz)
1½ tsp gochujang
1½ tsp honey
1½ tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp rice vinegar
For the Bowl:
½ cup cooked rice
½ cup broccoli florets
¼ cup shelled edamame (steamed)
Sesame seeds & sliced green onion for garnish
Directions:
Make the Marinade: Stir together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and vinegar.
Marinate the Salmon: Pat salmon dry. Rub with marinade and let sit for 15–30 mins (or longer if you have time).
Cook the Salmon:
Oven: 400°F for 12–14 mins, broil 1–2 mins to finish.
Air fryer: 400°F for 8–10 mins.
Pan: Sear skin-side down 4–5 mins, flip and cook 2–3 mins more.
Prepare Veggies: Steam broccoli and edamame until tender. Optional: roast broccoli with a touch of oil and salt at 425°F for 15 mins.
Assemble: Place rice in a bowl. Add salmon, broccoli, and edamame. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
